Roommate needed to split rent/utilities -- Roommate found!!

ROOMMATE FOUND!! Roommate Needed! I live in a 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bath condo just north of Raging Rivers in Mandan. My son and I currently occupy the upper level. The available spare room, 1/2 bath and laundry are on the main level. The full bath is on the upper level and would be a shared bathroom. The added bonus is there is a separate living room and patio also on the main level . Rent is $500 plus 1/2 the utilities. I am looking for someone who is responsible and doesn't make too much noise. No felons please.
