1988 Excel RK285 28ft 5th wheel. Sleeps 6, rated four seasons, has 13,500 BTU AC unit with built in heat coil. Has queen sized bed and tub shower combination, lots of storage. Recently replaced heat chamber and blower in furnace. Awning is in good condition, everything works, and is in good condition. I have hitch and generator that could be purchased with camper also.
