We have a client seeking a SIDE-BY-SIDE DUPLEX in Bismarck or Mandan (preferably Bismarck). If you have a SIDE-BY-SIDE DUPLEX that you may be interested in selling, please contact Realtors Denise Ziegler (391-4566) or Amy Helphrey (527-6874) to set up a time for a preview of your property. We will be representing the Buyer in any transaction for the purchase of a SIDE-BY-SIDE duplex.

Following are our client's MINIMUM requirements:

- MINIMUM 2 bedrooms PER SIDE with options to add at least 1 more bedroom PER SIDE
- MINIMUM single car garage for each side (and/or room to build a detached double garage or more)
- MINIMUM 2 bathrooms
- A decent sized back yard
- Prefer an open floor plan or semi-open floor plan
- Prefer nice decks on each side
- Prefer forced air and central air

As the Buyer's agents, we will be working with the buyer with regard to a fair price for any property based on square footage, updates (interior & exterior), location, etc. Sellers to set their own asking price. The buyer is preapproved and ready to buy if we could just find her the right property for her family!
