AGENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The Agent Support Specialist will work with SIA’s agents to determine client needs, recommend appropriate products, develop quotes and coordinate agent training. (Personal sales are not a requirement for this position. Extensive training will be provided.)
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare admin, MIS or related (insurance experience may be considered in lieu of a degree); prior experience in the insurance industry or a professional office setting; excellent computer skills; strong attention to detail; self-drive with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced work environment; ability to handle difficult situations with poise and confidence; and the desire to make a difference.
